Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Rume.clothingltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
